Presumably this satellite’s curious horizontal gravitational anomaly explains the character’s need to lean backwards whilst traversing this incredibly dull terrain. As our intrepid hero eclipses the sun, his confident turn to the camera can only be agreeing with the viewer - “I know. The heels look good”.
