Coincidentally, I just picked up the latest issue of Practical Web Design and it has a feature on taking advantage of cloud computing. While it mostly focuses on web-storage and hosting solutions rather than productivity suites, there are couple of interesting things in there:

I think you’ll have a fair wait for 3D animation software though – support for 3D in the browser isn’t that great and it’s a pretty niche market.
